Central Fire Fleet Improvement
This tenant improvement project involved the replacement of an existing wood mezzanine with a new steel structure, along with structural foundation upgrades and kitchen renovations to enhance functionality and code compliance.
In my role as Project Manager and Designer, I oversaw all phases from predesign through construction documentation, ensuring design continuity and technical accuracy. I coordinated directly with MEP consultants to align systems integration with the architectural vision and facilitated the building permit submittal to the City of Santa Cruz.
